RETURN POLICY
INFORMATION

According to the O.U.G. No. 34/2014 on the rights of consumers under contracts concluded with professionals, and for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product. The consumer shall bear the cost of returning the product.”

The return will be made within 14 calendar days from the request for withdrawal/return/return.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and documents that accompanied it).

The return of products will be made after EURO IMPACT SRL confirms your request.

After receiving your parcel and checking the returned products, we will send you a confirmation through the e-mail address mentioned in the order. In accordance with our terms of business, you will be refunded within 14 days.

We will explain the terms and conditions and how to return products purchased from https://ask4mask.ro and we will refer tothe client, the seller and the contract.

The client– can be any person who is over 16 years of age or any legal person or legal entity placing an Order on the Site https://ask4mask.ro

The seller– SC EURO IMPACT SRL, a legal company of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Sat Ruscova, Str. Principala, Nr. 698, jud. Maramures, with J24/283/2001 and CUI RO13881247, email office@ask4mask.ro

Contract – is the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer/Customer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you notice that the products do not comply with the specifications presented and guaranteed by EURO IMPACT SRL, through the Declaration of Conformity, you have the right to receive other products in exchange or the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the products if:

– they are still sealed

– they are in the same condition in which they were delivered

– they show no signs of use or damage

– the notification of the intention to return does not exceed 14 calendar days (withdrawal period), calculated from the working day following the date of the contract.

 

WARNING!

Considering the type and specifications of the products sold on the website https://ask4mask.ro, they can only be returned if they are sealed and unused.

Any breakage of the seal in any form or any unpacking, even if not followed by use, will make it impossible to return the Products, in accordance with applicable legislation.

If the problems reported concern the quality of the Product and are the fault of the manufacturer and the return complies with the above conditions, the Seller shall bear the costs of exchange/return. Otherwise, if the return is requested for reasons other than those concerning the manufacturing defects of the Product, the Customer shall bear the direct costs related to the return of the Product, provided that the above return conditions are respected.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Customer – a person :

According to Art. 11 of the O.U.G. 34/2014, “Before the end of the withdrawal period, the consumer shall inform the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract” using one of the options below:

• The intention to return the order must be communicated within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product(s) by EURO IMPACT SRL, by filling in the return form available on the Website or by any other written method showing the customer’s unequivocal intention to withdraw from the contract.
• In the return form, it is necessary to specify the bank account to which the products will be returned (if the return request is approved and possible.)
• The decision to accept the return will be sent by EURO IMPACT SRL within a maximum of 72 hours from the return request.
• Returns can be made directly to our office (address above), by express courier, or in person. Returns by express courier will not be refunded. The money will then be returned by bank transfer.
• The client shall return the products or hand them over to a person authorized by EURO IMPACT SRL to receive the products, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which the client communicated to EURO IMPACT SRL his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the products are returned by the consumer before the 14-day period has expired.
• EURO IMPACT SRL shall return the value of the products received as payment from the customer no later than 14 calendar days from the moment the return arrives in our warehouse. The return of amounts is conditional on receipt of the products that were the object of the sale.
• EURO IMPACT SRL cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the Client, including but not limited to fees applied by the bank issuing the card.
• Reimbursement of the amount so calculated shall be made only by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Client, specified in IBAN format. No refunds are made for cash payments.
• In the event that customization of the products is requested, in any form, the advance offered of the total value is not refundable in the event that the customer decides to return the product.
• Due to the variety of display device types (laptop, mobile phone, tablet, desktop PC), the appearance of the products (textures, colours, finishes) may appear slightly different from the actual appearance.
• By placing the order, the Customer agrees that these differences are beyond the control of EURO IMPACT SRL and do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order and/or return of the products.

 

2. Legal entity consumer:

• The return of products from orders placed by legal persons does not have the same regime as that made by individuals.
• To make return of the products possible, it is necessary to comply with special conditions in this respect in addition to the general conditions mentioned above:
• The request for return in the case of the companies must be made on comenzi@asmask.ro within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products sent by EURO IMPACT SRL
• The return request must contain the reason for the return and the IBAN account where the returned products will be refunded.
• The returned products must be unused and comply with all the return conditions mentioned above.
• Products accepted as returns will be returned within a maximum of 3 (calendar) days from the confirmation of return by EURO IMPACT SRL.
• If the above conditions are not met, the only method by which the return can be accepted is with a penalty between 10% and 30%.
• The decision to accept the return will be sent by EURO IMPACT SRL within a maximum of 72 hours from the return request.
• The return of the money will be made only by payment order, regardless of the initial method of payment, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return.

* * Any economic operator registered with ANAF on the basis of a CUI/CIF with the exception of non-profit organisations or associations made up of natural persons who do not aim to make a profit (e.g. tenants’ associations).

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE LEGAL PROVISIONS

Return requests exceeding 14 calendar days (individuals) or 3 calendar days (legal entities) will only be sent by e-mail, on comenzi@asmask.ro

Requests will be analyzed by EURO IMPACT SRL and the response time is 72 hours.

If a request beyond the return period is accepted, it will automatically contain a penalty on the value of the product between 5% and 20%.

Requests for the return of orders that exceed 30 days from the purchase period will not be considered. The maximum return period in these cases is 30 calendar days.

CANCELLATION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that according to the legislation in force (Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts and GEO no.34/2014), the right of withdrawal is not guaranteed if:

– products have been unsealed by the Customer – this prevents their return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

– the products have been purchased by the company, unless
the Seller decides to grant the possibility of return or offers to take back the products.
