SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery of orders on the https://ask4mask.ro/ website is made only in Romania.

The standard price for transport and delivery of products practiced by EURO IMPACT SRL, is 19.95 RON / shipment.

For orders larger than 50 boxes of masks (2500 masks), please contact us to determine the method and time of delivery.

After placing the order on https://ask4mask.ro/, the customer will receive information about the order status as follows:

1. Immediately after placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing additional information about the order: order status, order number, and details about the purchased product. Order ‘in process’ means that we have received your order and have started to prepare it!2. After the order has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them that the order status has changed to ‘Finished’. This means that we have prepared your order for dispatch and are waiting for it to be picked up by the GLS courier company. Also attached to the email will be the invoice and the declaration of conformity for the purchased product.3. When the order is handed over to the GLS courier, the customer will receive an email and an SMS with the delivery details of the parcel: parcel number and refund amount, if applicable, and the phone number of the assigned courier.

4. On the morning of delivery, customers will receive an email and text message notification from the courier company, which will contain information about the parcel as well as the courier’s phone number, the GLS customer service department number, and the estimated 3-hour delivery time.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the recipient (customer) is informed by email. The addressee can send delivery instructions via the link received in the email, requesting delivery on another day and/or to another address, specifying pick-up from a GLS warehouse selected from a specified list, or can refuse the parcel.

The delivery time for medical masks purchased on https://ask4mask.ro/ is between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation of delivery to the courier.

For orders placed before 4.00 PM, parcels will leave the same day. For orders placed after 4.00 PM, parcels will leave the next working day.
